Many are taught to have an elevator speech polished and ready to deliver.  So what’s your message, on the tip of your tongue?
The Apostle Peter admonished us, “Worship Christ as Lord of your life.  And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it.”  Have your message ready.  Jesus had taught him, as He does so with us, “God blesses those who work for peace, for they will be called the children of God.” Is there a better message than that of a warrior of peace, as Jesus further left with His disciples, “I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart.  And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.”
Father, thank You for Your own messaging to stop warring with You! And to be still, even in Your present help and care, expectantly; as Your praise will always be on my lips.
So what’s your message?
