Sometimes (well, in full candor, more often than we are willing to confess), we get tongue-tied or we get our thoughts reversed.  An example might be leaving France speaking a mix of German and English at the first border checkpoint, and speaking French and English at the second border checkpoint and entrance to Germany.  The end result is not that which we intended or expected! We think of our problem and our solution, to be followed by someone else’s response.  Truly, they did not pay attention to me, only my credentials. Would you think we would do differently concerning God’s realm?
God as Creator, recognizing our sin (separation) problem, provided a solution that would be acceptable to Him.  His solution for our response.  But in our thinking, our problem demands our solution that another must accept under their rules.  And why?  That’s not even logical!  Our spiritual DNA is contaminated, a problem for us, causing us to be separated from God Himself.  Our thinking leads us to develop a solution that we anticipate might be acceptable to Him, His response. 
Father, thank You for live! and living.  Forgive us when we don’t align with Your design and provisioning against our issues.  Lead us so as to accept Your solutions for us, eternal and temporal, our response to You, personally.
“for all have sinned and fall short (our problem) of the glory of God, and are justified by His grace as a gift, through (His solution) the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.”  It is our necessary response to accept His gift of passage.  His solution, His credentialing, the only one He provided.  Our response to His solution, His gift.
